office (MCSO) reports handling
the following business:
MCSO received a report of
forged documents.
Heppner Police Dept, received
a request for an officer concern
ing continued break-ins at an apart
ment in Heppner.
Oregon State Police arrested
Paul W. Hawk, 25, Hermiston, on
an Irrigon Justice Court warrant
for Hunting Prohibited Hours.
Hawk paid his fine in full.
Jefferson County S h eriffs
deputy arrested Jack L. Brasel,
40, on an Imgon Justice Court
warrant for Failure to Pay Fine/
Driving while License Suspended.
Brasel paid the fine and was given
a court date.
MCSO received a report of
dogs found in Boardman. The
dogs were claimed.
MCSO received a report of tri
angular pylons out when a car
swerved to avoid hitting a vehicle
and hit them. An officer was un
able to locate either vehicle.

Apts, who was either drunk or
needed medical attention.

and almost running another vehicle
off the road. Jackie R. Tamplen,
