man. The caller was just cited for
his dog.

ceived a report o f unwanted phone
calls in Boardman. The caller be
lieved someone was going to kid
nap her daughter. The daughter
was reported missing a short time
later and then was located in front
o f the police dept.
Oregon State Police received
a report of a small red car that
peeled out of the parking lot at the
Nugget Inn in Boardman.

ceived a report o f a female sub
ject who allegedly stole a bottle
of beer from the Boardman BP
station. They were unable to do
anything until they were able to
look at the tapes the next day as
no one saw her walk out with the
beer.

ceived a report o f a female sub
ject who put a bottle o f beer in
her coat and took it to the restroom
to drink it at the Boardman Texaco
station. She ran off when con
fronted. Subject was possibly the
same subject as in the previous
entry.

Manuel Claustro de la Cruz, 38,
for DUII.
MCSO, Irrigon ambulance re
ceived a report o f a 31 year old
female subject who had just left
the Irrigon BP station, had con
sumed several different prescrip
tion drugs and had been drinking
alcohol. Poison Control advised
that with that com bination o f
drugs, she could to into cardiac
arrest within an hour. The subject
was located at Sandcastle Apts,
and transported to Good Shepherd
Community Hospital in Hermiston.

Church Street.
Jan. 11: MCSO received a re
port of dogs fighting all night for
the second time in a row.

port of a freezer exploding with a
lot o f smoke and possibly some
flames. Everything was okay.
MCSO received a report o f
someone parking in the parking lot
o f Columbia Middle School and
sleeping with the car running. The
car left the lot before kids arrived
in the morning.

quested a deputy to cite a 13 year
old juvenile for MIP-tobacco.

Fine/DUII. Jacques was lodged
at the USCO jail.

ceived a report o f a person hav
ing an insulin reaction.
MCSO received a report of a
woman walking into a farmhouse
on Highway 74, saying, “I want
to own a house someday,” and
acting strangely.
Melinda Nichols, 34, was ar
rested by M CSO deputy for
Criminal Trespass I. Nichols was
transported to UCSO jail.
MCSO received a report of a
boy running away from home in
Irrigon. Since it was his second
time, his probation officer advised
he would put out a warrant for
him.

report of a head-on motor vehicle
accident on Poleline Road involv
ing a possible intoxicated driver.
Both drivers refused transport.
Kathy Jean Williams, 43, was ar
rested for DUII-MVA and on a
warrant for Theft I.
MCSO received a report of a
subject at a residence in Irrigon
who refused to leave and who was
yelling and screaming.

deputy putting a deer down.
Jan. 12: MCSO received a re
port o f a construction crew com
ing to work on a carport who were
not supposed to be there.
MCSO received a report o f a
suspicious vehicle east o f the golf
course in Boardman.
MCSO received a report o f
expected trouble in Irrigon with a
male subject believed to be plan
ning to harass his parents.
MCSO received a request for
a deputy in Irrigon concerning a
juvenile problem.

Ramirez, 54, for a Umatilla County

cident that happened a month ago.

The patient was transported to

a report o f a male threatening to
commit suicide by shooting him
self. A woman had called a psy
chic hotljne and had given her
home number to the male subject.
The subject had called her back
and said he was going to kill him
self. The woman’s daughter was
upset with the mother for giving
her phone number out. The male
subject was located at Biggs and
all was okay.
MCSO received a request for
a deputy to cite a student with
Disorderly Conduct. The request
was cancelled and the student was
under control and cooperating.
MCSO deputy assisted Irrigon
ambulance with a female who had
collapsed in the street in Irrigon.
MCSO, Boardman Fire Dept,
received a report of a vehicle fire
on Patterson Ferry overpass on
1-84. The vehicle was fully en
gulfed.
MCSO received a request for
an officer from a woman who
said her daughter was on some
kind of drug.
MCSO received a report from
a woman in Irrigon that her run
away son was probably at her ex-
husband’s place.

injured deer out of Lexington.

eight juveniles (five 15 year olds,
two 16 year olds and one 17 year
old) for MIP-Consumption.
Jan. 18: MCSO received a re

tion. A male subject had called a
woman bad names on the phone
and hung up.
MCSO received a report of
extreme quiet on Knapp Road in
Irrigon, with no dogs barking or
anything. A male subject reported
something big in a bush, possibly
a cougar. An officer was unable
to locate anything.
MCSO received a report of a
cell phone stolen from a vehicle
that was broken into at Riverside
High School.
MCSO received a report from
Pioneer Memorial Hospital of four
people, including three teenagers,
involved in a rollover accident by
Sandhollow. The vehicle was dam
aged, but no serious injuries oc
curred. Melissa Cutsforth, 18, and
a 16 year old were cited for MIP-
Consumption.

in Irrigon. A male asked if the resi
dents lived in their home all the
time and then drove off.

were advised to use extreme cau
