Dr. Baker received his Ph.D. in education from Pacific International University in Australia. He has also had speaking engagements and done research in paleontology in the U.S., Canada. Mexico, Guatemala, Ireland, Spain, Switzerland, Germany, The Netherlands, Hungary, Russia, and the Philippines. He is an education consultant, researcher, and author.
