Two patients with injuries were transported to Good Shep herd Community Hospital in Her- miston; ' To Boardman ambulance, and Police Department, a report of an employee at the Boardman Chip Plant at Port of Morrow who had amputated his thumb. Patient was transported to the ambulance hall by private vehicle and then trans ported to Good Shepherd Commu nity Hospital in Hermiston; To Boardman ambulance, and Police Dept., a report of a grass fire near Oregon Potato; MCSO and lone Fire Depart ment responded to a grass fire at 13th and “B” in Irrigon; Received a request for an of ficer from the Irrigon BP; MCSO responded to a report of a verbal argument at Irrigon Mobile Court; MCSO responded to a report o f problems at a residence in Boardman. July 22: received a report of a pickup stolen from residence in Lexington; To Umatilla County Sheriffs Office, a report of a trespassing and theft; To Oregon State Police, a re port of a disabled motorist 1-84 eastbound, milepost 145; MCSO arrested Timothy R. Vice; 44, for Possession of a Con trolled Substance-Methamphet- amine and Frequenting a Place Where Drugs Are Used; Received a request for a house watch for a residence in Irrigon; Received a report of a suspi cious vehicle at 2nd St. in Irrigon. Person from the vehicle was seen taking something out of a freezer at the residence; To Heppner Police Depart ment, a report of a stolen pickup at a residence in Heppner. Pickup did not match the stolen one’s de scription; Received a report o f an out-of -control 12-year old in Irrigon. Mother wanted child removed from home; Received a report of a distur bance with a man harassing a woman at the Irrigon Mobile Court; MCSO arrested Anthony De lay Spence, 21 on U m atilla charges of Possession of a Con trolled Substance, Delivery of a Controlled Substance, Manufac ture of a Controlled Substance. Spence was lodged at the Uma tilla County Jail; Received a report of a child abducted from the Hermiston area. Vehicle described as a red Nissan pickup with silver strips driven by a man with blond hair; Received a report of yelling and screaming from the manager at Riverview Mobile Court in Imgon; Received a report from the Ir rigon BP of 10 juveniles at the market near BP Station with hood and trunk up.
