EIGHT - Heppner Gazette-Tim es, Heppner, Oregon Wednesday, April 1 6,1997 Scholars honored Heppner schools list honor roll Megan Healy (right) and Cindy Gall, both 12 and in the sixth grade at Heppner Elementary School, enjoy ice cream sundaes sponsored by the school for students achieving a 3. to 4. grade point average. The students also received coupon booklets from participating local merchants. Honored students are listed in the HES honor roll.
