Echo started with a 5-1 lead after the third inning, off of an Echo home run. Heppner came back in the bottom of the seventh inning to spark a comeback win. Derek Gunderson hit the winning fly ball out into left- center field, which was recorded as an error after two Echo players ran into each other. So far the group has raised over $1 biH ion and helped conserve around eight million acres in habitat, which over 600 different species have utilized in the U.S., Canada and Mexico, said Steve Rhea, who has chaired the local banquet for the past seven years. Rhea says that the dinner and auction will feature something for everyone. Shotguns will be given as the door prize and the adult membership prize. The kids' membership prize will be a .22. A 30.06 Ruger rifle, worth around $700 will be included in the penny raffle. The high point of the oral auction will be an A-5 Browning 60th anniversary commemorative shotgun, valued at $1,400. The auction will feature 20-25 items, including prints valued around $200, decoys, hats and other items. Around 40 items will be available in the silent auction. A special sponsorship program will entitle the donor of $300 or more to a special Ducks Unlimited print, dinner for all family members, membership in Ducks Unlimited and a Ducks Unlimited hat. Anyone interested in the program should contact Rhea. UNCHAIN YOUR DREAMS!
