The RCC is the branch of the Corps of Engineers that con trols the level of water behind the dam. If you participate in recreational activities on Willow Creek Lake or use water from Willow Creek for irrigation, the level of the reservoir concerns you. RCC and the Corps will have representatives available to answer any questions or concerns.
