FOUR - Heppner Gazette-Times, Heppner, Oregon Wednesday, December 28, 1994 Sheriff's Report The Morrow County Sheriff's office in Heppner reports dispatching the following business during the past week: December 19: Morrow Coun ty deputy responded to Coalmine Hill to assist strand ed motorists. December 20: Morrow Coun ty deputy arrested Karen Rid dle, 47, Heppner, on a warrant for Failure to Pay Fine Driving Under the Influence of Intox icants. She was released on her awn recognizances; Morrow County Sheriff's of fice dispatched the Lexington EMT, Heppner ambulance and Heppner Fire Dept, to a two vehicle accident on Hwy. 207 and Bombing Range Road. Two people were transported to Pioneer Memorial Hospital with unknown injuries; Morrow County deputy responded to an animal pro blem on Hwv. 74 mile post 38.5. December 21: Morrow Coun ty Sheriff's office dispatched the Boardman ambulance to 106 Park Ave. Apt. 6 for a per son with an unknown illness. There was no transport; Morrow County Sheriff's of fice dispatched the Boardman ambulance to Park Avenue. There was no transport; Morrow County deputy responded to Lexington for a civil problem. December 22: Morrow Coun ty deputy responded to a motor vehicle accident on Hwy. 207 mile post 1-2. Morrow County Sheriff's office dispatched the Heppner Fire Dept and am bulance. There was no transport; Morrow County Sheriff's of fice dispatched the Boardman ambulance and Fire Dept, to a motor vehicle accident on 1-84, west bound, mile post 158. One person was transported to Good Shepherd Community Hospital with injuries; Morrow County Sheriff's of fice took a report of theft from Gerald Rea, Port of Morrow. Parts were missing from a truck; Morrow County deputy responded to the Irrigon area for a juvenile problem; Morrow County deputy responded to an assault that had occurred in West Glen. Elias Mendez, 34, Boardman was arrested and lodged at Umatilla County Jail; Morrow County deputy ar rested Jose Fidel Resendiz- Estrada, 27, Irrigon for Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicants. December 23: Morrow Coun tv Sheriff's office dispatched the Condon ambulance to Soda Springs Retirement. Transport was refused. December 24: Morrow Coun ty deputy arrested Stephen Wavne Baum, 25, Boardman, for Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicants. He was cited and released; Morrow County deputy responded to the Irrigon Marina Park to investigate a report of a male hiding in the locust trees; Morrow County Sheriff's of fice dispatched the Arlington ambulance to meet a private vehicle at Blalock Canyon. A male patient with an illness was transported to Mid Columbia Medical Center in The Dalles; Morrow County Sheriff's of fice dispatched the Spray am bulance to Kahler Basin Road for a female with an illness. The Prineville ambulance met them half way and transported pa tient to Prineville Memorial Hospital; Morrow County Sheriff's of fice arrested Alvaro H. Orrala, 34, for Assault IV/Domestic. He was transported to Benton Franklin County jail and lodged. December 25: Morrow Coun ty Sheriff's office dispatched the Heppner ambulance and the Lexington Quick Response to a residence out of Lexington. Dorothy Henderson spent Christmas vacation in Heppner with her family. She visited friends in the apartments Saturday after noon. She looks great and is enjoying her new home at the foster care home in Boardman, said a spokesperson.
