COMPLETE TITLE SERVICE Pennant bearers provide support for court Leading the parades for the Morr•w County Fair and Oregon Trail Pro Rodeo court this year have been six pennant bearers. The pennant bearers carry the flags and travel with the court to various rodeo parades. Krista Adams, Jared and Sarah Eckman, Casey Evans, Casey Ingraham and Bobbie Rankin are this years pennant bearers. Krista Adams, 11 year old daughter of Tim and Terra Adam of Heppner, is a welcome addition to thi years Morrow County Fair and Rodeo Court. As a pennant bearer for the court, Krista has come to know the ropes of get- ting ready for parades and grand entries. Krista is active in 4-H Sheep, the Wranglers Riding Club, and the "Colt basketball pro- gram . She wilJ be in the sixth grade at Heppner Middle School and is a 4.0 student. Jared Eckman is the 13 year old son of Ken and Judy Eckman of Lexington, and i active in football, basketball and track at Heppner Middle School where he will be an eighth grader this fall. Jared al o is bu y preparing for this years fair and will be participating in showmanship and will be marketing his lamb at the Fat Stock Sale. Jared is also a member of the Wranglers Riding Club. Sarah Eckman, 11 year old daughter of Ken and Judy Eckman of Lexington, is a petite little horsewoman who is big on riding expertise. Sarah i a member of the Wranglers Riding Club and participates in their annual spring playdays and games, winning many top honors. Sarah i also busy with both 4-H heep and Clothing. She Big Things Really Do Come In Small Packages has been involved in the Colt basketball program at HMS and will be in the sixth grade this fall. Sarah and Jared 's father is a member of the Oregon Trail Pro Rodeo Committee. Casey Evans is the 13 year old. son of Monte and Becky Evans of Heppner, and is an "old pro" when it comes to bearing the flags for the Court. Bobbie Rankin , 13 year old daughter of Tim and Kathy Rankin of Heppner, enjoys her time a a flag bearer for this yea r' court . and takes the op- portunity to not only carry the colors but to participate in ome rodeo~, as well . There are 201 enrolled in home ec and 211 enrolled in livestock. The horse program has 63 member . A you can see, many of the members are enrolled in m ore than one project area . There are 43 home economic leader , 30 livestock leaders and 11 hor e leaders.
