Cipriano Mendoza, 40, was arrested and charged with Kidnapping and Assault. He was lodged at Benton County Jail; M orrow County deputy responded to investigate the report of a burglary that occured at the Soto Garcia residence. Burglary is still under investigation; M orrow County deputy responded to investigate the report of an animal problem in Lexington; Morrow County Sheriff s of fice assisted Oregon State Police Cadet with a vehicle trespassing on road closure. Sergio Barreto- Pineda22,, Jaime Campos, 25, and Fidel Marquez-Hernandez, 21, were arrested on Possession of Firearms. Samuel R. Campos, 29, was also arrested on Posses sion of Firearms and a warrant for Failure To Appear/Citations. Felix De La Cruz, 28, was ar rested on Possession of Firearms and warrant for Failure To Ap- pear/Unlawful Possession of Firearms. De La Cruz and Samuel Campos were lodged at Benton County Jail.
