High school will be in session all day on Thursday, Nov. 4. Conferences will be held that evening from 5 to 8 p.m. and on Friday, Nov. 5 from 8 a.m. to noon. There will be no school on Friday, Nov. 5, at the high 676-915« BULL PRAIRIE CAM PGROUND HAZARD TREE SALVAGE USD A Forest Service Umatilla National Forest Heppner Ranger District Wheeler County, Oregon On October 21, 1993 Heppner D istrict R anger, D elanne Ferguson, made a decision to im plement the Bull Prairie Cam pground Hazard Tree Salvage on the Heppner Ranger District. This project will remove mer chantable wood products from 17 trees scattered within the Bull Prairie Campground, which are dead or have dead tops and pose a threat to public safety. No clear- cutting is involved with these pro jects and existing roads will be used. The Decision Memo and associated project file are available upon request from the Heppner Ranger District, P.O. Box 7, Heppner, OR 97836. This decision is subject to ap peal pursuant to Forest Service regulations at 36 CFR part 217. Appeals must be filed no later than 45 days after the legal notice of this decision was first publish ed in the East O regonian newspaper.
