Creighton University student
Patricia McElligott of lone, has
been named to the dean’s honor
roll for academic achievement
during the spring 1992 semester.
Full time students who achieve
a grade-point average of at least
3.5 or better are eligible for the
dean’s honor roll.
Creighton is an independent
Catholic university at Omaha,
Nebraska, operated by the
Jesuits. It has an enrollment of
approximately 6,000. Creighton
enrolls students in the colleges of
arts and sciences and business ad
ministration, the graduate school,
university college, and schools of
nursing, medicine, law, phar
macy and allied health profes
sions, dentistry and summer
sessions.

Carl W. Troedson Educational
Fund awarded grants-in-aid in the
amount of $1,000 to 13 Morrow
County seniors during graduation
week.

a fund provided by the Last Will

lone area.

to apply for renewal of their

their college or training programs
provided that they maintain good
academic standing during their
first year of post high school
study.
The selection committee con
sists of the Morrow County
School District Superintendent,
the Pastor of the Valby Lutheran
Church, and the Morrow Coun
ty Judge, as specified in Mr.
Troedson’s will.
