Hoody Corporation special cookie rules are: 1. Cookies must be made from scratch must not contain package mixes; 2. 6-8 cookies must be entered; Your complete hardware store and home products center. 3. Cookies must contain one or “Welcome Fair and Rodeo Fans!” more Hoody nut varieties (Hoody Cliff & Cindy Green peanuts, cashews, almonds. Center Heppner third-one pound Hoody’s sports mix. i I Rick Paullus cuts log The pioneers didn't have chain saws, but you can use one to com pete in the 1991 Amateur Log Buck ing Contest set for Sunday, August 18 at 10:30 a.m. at the Morrow County fairgrounds. Cash prizes will be awarded in the Morrow County class for up to sixth place. In open class there is no cubic limit and the contest pays a $100 jackpot plus entry fees and 100 gallons of gas donated by Devin Oil Company. Each participant will pay a fee of $10 per class. Contestants may use only stock saws and no modified chainsaws are allowed in the Mor row County class. In the Morrow County event saws are limited to 5.7 cubic inches and under. The contest is a timed event and two timers will be provided by the fair. This year's fair and rodeo parade will be held August 17 and will start its route through Heppner at 10 a. m.
