The funeral was April 12 in the chapel at Burns Mortuary in Pendleton with burial at Skyview Memorial Park. Mr. Davis was born Dec. 16, 1911 at Missoula, Mont, to John Byron and Jessie McCann Davis. He married Isabella M. O’Brien in Pendleton on March 2, 1962. Mr. Davis worked for Burlington Northern Railroad for 37 years, first at Kendrick, Idaho and then at Pendleton. He was a member of Pendleton Elks Lodge 288 and the Walla Walla Eagles Lodge. Survivors include his wife, at the home; brother, Wayland of Las Vegas, Nev.; and sisters June Storer of Medical Lake, Wash., and Margaret Brannan of Kalispell, Mont. Memorial contributions may be made to the Heart Association, directly or through Bums Mortuary Box 489, Pendleton. Bums Mortuary, Pendleton was in charge of arrangements. April 10: Morrow County deputy responded to the Irrigon area for a report of theft of services. Investiga tions are continuing; Morrow County deputy in vestigated a complaint of animal abuse in the Irrigon area; Morrow County Sheriffs office dispatched the Arlington Fire depart ment to a structure fire on Kremeria Drive; Morrow County deputy respond ed to the Irrigon area for a complaint of a neighborhood problem; Morrow County deputy respond ed to the Irrigon area for a neighborhood disturbance. Problem was resolved; Morrow County deputy respond ed to the Irrigon area for a report of some transients in the area. Problem was resolved. Morrow County deputy in vestigated a dog complaint in the Ir rigon area. April 11: Morrow County deputy arrested a juvenile on a warrant out of Umatilla Sheriffs office. Subject was transported to Oregon Regional Youth Center in Pendleton; Morrow County deputy respond ed to take a report of theft of a trac tor taken from Oregon Potato in Boardman. Value was $4,000. Trac tor was found at 12:58 p.m.; Morrow County deputy respond ed to Boardman for a complaint of a fence that had been cut; Morrow County deputy respond ed to the Irrigon area for a report of shots fired; Morrow County deputy respond ed to the Boardman area to take a report of a lost animal; Morrow County deputy respond ed to the Irrigon area for an animal problem; Morrow County deputy arrested Marvin A Pourier, 27, Boardman, on an Irrigon Justice Warrant for Failure To Appear/Show Cause hearing Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicants. Pourier was cited and released; Morrow County deputy respond ed to the Boardman area for a report of an intoxicated driver. Call was unfounded; Morrow County deputy respond ed to the Boardman area for a report of two intoxicated drivers. Both vehicles were unable to be located; Morrow County deputy respond ed to the Lexington area for a report of a stolen rifle. Rifle was valued at $250; Morrow County deputy respond ed to the Irrigon area for a neighborhood problem. Civil dispute: Morrow County deputy respond ed to the Irrigon Marina to assist in a vehicle problem. April 12: Morrow County deputy made contact with an Irrigon resi dent regarding an animal complaint. Complainant wished no action at this time; Morrow County deputy assisted Umatilla Police department in locating a vehicle involved in a theft in Umatilla; Morrow County deputy made con tact with a Heppner resident to deliver a non-emergency message; Morrow County Sheriffs office dispatched the Condon ambulance to a residence in Condon. One female was transported to the clinic with an unknown illness; Morrow County deputy respond ed to the Irrigon area and began in vestigation of juveniles operating a vehicle in a reckless manner; Morrow County Sheriffs office responded to investigate a report of a domestic disturbance at a residence in Irrigon. David W. Franke, 39, Ir rigon, was arrested for Criminal Trespass I and two counts of At tempted Assault on a Police officer. Franke was lodged at Benton Coun ty Jail; Morrow County Sheriffs office assisted the Boardman Police depart ment with the investigation of a report of a fight in the Nomad and subjects needed to be removed; Morrow County Sheriffs office dispatched the Arlington ambulance to a vehicle and pedestrian collision at the boat marina. One subject was transported to Mid Columbia Center in The Dalles with an unknown injury; Morrow County Sheriffs office dispatched the Boardman ambulance to a residence in Boardman. One male was transported to Good Shepherd Hospital with an unknown illness; Morrow County Sheriffs office assisted the Boardman Police depart ment with an investigation and arrest of Kenneth S. Reed. 29, Boardman for Assault IV-Domestic. Reed posted bail and was released. April 13: Morrow County Sheriffs office assisted the Board- man Police department and respond ed to a domestic disturbance at Wilson Trailer Court. Martin Landeros, 26, Boardman was ar rested for Assault IV and transported to Benton County Jail where he was lodged; Morrow County deputy in vestigated a report of a missing per son from the Irrigon area; Morrow County deputy respond ed to 1st St. in Irrigon for a report of an abandoned vehicle. Investiga tions are continuing; Morrow County Sheriffs office dispatched the Heppner ambulance and the lone Rescue Members to a residence on 3rd St. lone for a report of a man down. Subject was transported to Pioneer Memorial Hospital with an unknown illness; Morrow County deputy arrested Antelmo Lopez-Carmona, 19, Boardman on a Morrow County Cir cuit Court warrant for Probation Violation. Subject was lodged at Benton County Jail. April 14: Morrow County Sheriffs office dispatched the Boardman Fire department to a structure fire at the Taggares Farms mobile court; Morrow County deputy respond ed to a family disturbance on 8th St. West, Irrigon; Morrow County deputy arrested David G. Johnson, 34, Kennewick, WA., for Assault IV. Johnson was lodged at Benton County Jail; Morrow County deputy made con tact with an lone resident regarding an attempted breakin. Investigation is continuing. During the week of April 8 through 14, Morrow County Sheriffs deputies assisted two disabled motorist. April 15: Morrow County deputy responded to Rt. 2, Irrigon for a report of an animal problem. Lester Martin, 52, Irrigon, was cited and released for Maintaining a Dog as a Public Nuisance; Morrow County deputies respond ed to the Irrigon marina for a report of a motor vehicle accident. Joseph Snarr, 40, Hermiston, was arrested for Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicants and Habitual Offender. Snarr was processed and released on his own recognizances; Morrow County Sheriffs office dispatched the lone rescue members and the Heppner ambulance to a residence in lone. One male was transported to Pioneer Memorial Hospital with an unknown illness.
