Blue Mountain Community College is a well run, highly structured school, which is very responsive to the key issues fac ing education, but must continue to adapt to new and different challenges in order to enhance those citizens of our communities opportunities to earn a higher education. Also, because I am con cerned about maintaining the quali ty Blue Mountain Community Col lege has achieved, which benefits business in Umatilla and Morrow Counties. “ Finally, I feel it is important to continue to work toward more off- campus offerings closer to smaller cities in Umatilla and Morrow Coun ties, and better explain offerings for our senior citizens within our com munities to stimulate more citizen in volvement with the college.” Houk is opposed by Charles S.
