Morrow County S h eriff s office dispatched the Arlington Tire depart ment to a grass fire near Blalock Canyon; Deputy took a report o f a stolen 4 wheeler taken from the W illow Creek road area where they arc do ing construction Investigation is still underway; Morrow County dispatched the Boardman Fire department to a grass fire about Vi mile west o f Boardman on I 84 in the median July 19 Morrow County Sheriffs office dispatched the Boardman Fire department to a grass fire on Hwy 730 at milepost 169 July 20 Morrow County deputy responded to investigate a complaint o f a possible rape in the Im gon area Investigation is continuing No fur (her information was released at this time. Morrow County S h eriff s office dispatched the Condon Fire and am bulance crews to the Fd Bates residence upon receiving the infor mation o f a wheat fire; Morrow County S h eriff s office dispatched the Arlington fire depart ment to a grass fire at the Heppner Junction by I 84, Morrow County deputy respond cd to the Irrigon area to investigate a report o f a burglary Investigation is to continue. Morrow County S h eriff s office dispatched the Condon fire depart ment to a grass fire on the Matncy Road, east o f Condon tow ards Hcpjv ncr on Hwy. 20b. Morrow County deputy arrested Danny Allen Bartell, 19. Irrigon on a Umatilla County Felony warrant fo r Failu re to C om p ly- Recogm/ance Bartell was taken to Umatilla Police department where he was turned over to a Umatilla Coun ty deputy. There were no local charges July 21 Morrow County arrested Jack Scott Donovan. 30. o f Board man on a Hcrmiston Municipal war rant for Contempt o f Court/Failure to Pay Fine. He posted bail and was released July 22 Morrow County deputy received information o f an animal problem in the Im gon area; situation was resolved; Morrow County deputy respond cd to report o f a noisy party. Depu ty was unable to locate disturbance upon his arrival in the Boardman area. July 23: Morrow County Sheriffs office dispatched the Heppner fire department to a grass fire at Proctor residence on Hcppner-Condon H w y., Morrrow County S h eriffs office dispatched the Condon ambulance to a residence in Condon for a male with an unknown illness; Morrow County S h eriff s office dispatched the Boardman ambulance to Dodge City Inn for a female w ith an unknown injury She was transported to Good Shepherd Hospital During the week o f July 17-24, Morrow County S h crilf s deputies had no disabled motorist assists Pioneer Memorial Hospital in Heppner reports admitting and discharging the following patients during the past week Grace Buschke.
