George Koffler (r) dedicated the new field and announced last years Sportsmanship Trophy winner Accepting the award for the Dodgers was some of last years team members (I to r) Chad Skroch, Mike Alldritt, coach Chuck Moeller. Mark Moeller and John Qualls Heppner Giants played the lone Indians with the Giants com ing out on top in a tough matched game 5-2. The second game was the Heppner Braves against the Con don Angels with the Angels going home with the win. T Top finishers included Biggest Fish with Missy Taylor (I) and James Ferguson (r) both catching big ones each measuring 17’/» inches long There were over 50 children participating in the ‘ Hooked on Fishing Not Drugs” contest Sunday held at the dam Several door prizes were given away to ugliest fish, best looking fish, most colorful fish and various different categories, with prizes bema donated bv the Elks club of Heppner.
