Inc . an Irrigon hay processor. het ween 1983 and I9H6 He failed to appear for his trial on that charge in February, 1987. and was the object of a state wide manhunt He was placed on the Oregon State Police "Ten Most Wanted" list, and was arrested near Vancouver. British Columbia.
