The City of Heppner will con duct a public hearing at the Hepp ner City Hall at 7 00 p m. on November 7, 1988 to solicit citizen views, provide citizens specific in formation. and to discuss projects pertaining to the City’s proposal for submitting an application for an Oregon Community Development Block Grant Projects that are eligi ble for funding under the Program include Public Works Projects, Housing and Community Facilities, and Technical Assistance Projects 2. The purpose of this meeting is to involve the citizens of Heppner in all stages of the Oregon Commum ty Developmenl Block Grant Pro gram The City is encouraging par ticipation by persons or groups representing low to moderate income citizen s o r citizen s who arc economically disadvantaged or han dicapped to attend and participate in this hearing process 3. Written records of the pro ceedings will be kept and be available for all to review at City Hall.
