I have had the pleasure o f serving as Chairman o f the H k s Scholarship Committee T his committee has. during that tim e , interviewed over I V ) students fro m H eppner and lone H igh Schools Students jr c prim arily judged on academic amt leadership qualities During those ten years, oui local winners have gone lo the district contest and alw ays finished in filth place or higher in com peti tion with winners from ten other lislges W e have had three state win ners in ten years No other lodge in itur district can say that O ur M orrow County Schools must he doing something right I urge you to vote yes on the M orrow County School Budget in the M j v 20 T lection (siJamcs 1, Sincerely.
