February 21 the Heppner Elementary multi purpose room » i l l be transformed into an array of colors with carnival booths to lure everyone's eve The doors open at 7 p m and the carnival will run until 9 p m The Heppner P a ren ts Club is sponsoring the carnival with pro ceeds purchasing playground equip ment or educational tools Tickets can be purchased at the booth near the main office at a price of 25 cents oer ticket Prizes will be awarded to every participant with lucky winners rec rivin g a special prize Carnival goers can try their luck at ring toss, fish pond, dart throw , duck scoop, bean bag throw, golf putting goldfish toss and spin the wheel There will be a cake walk with a cupcake walk for the youngsters Haskrlhall enthusiasts can try their luck at shooting baskets For the smaller ones a small hoop will test their skills At the gelatin toss booth partic ipants can try throwing gelatin at several people including fourth ............
