Sheriff D rag» requested that the Boardman ambulance respond A 17 year old male juvenile was arrested on a charge of Attempted Murder He was released into the protective custody of a family member The Boardman ambulance transported a 2(1 year old male who sustained a stab wound to Good shepherd Community Hospital in Hermiston On July II. the Heppner Police IH-partment assisted by the Morrow County Sheriffs Office cited Dale Kay Cox. Boardman. was found guilty of llesisting Arrest and Not Guilty of Criminal Trespass by jury trial He was sentenced July 9 to To days in jail and a fine of 1350 which was suspended to S150 fine and one Bench Probation Kudy O Gonzales. 49. Seattle. Washington, charged with Assault IV. was sentenced July II to 100 days in jail and a (200 fine which was suspended to a $135 fine on the condition that there be no contact with the victim and daughter of the victim Hobert Le rne r M anning. 22, Boardman. charged with Sodomy I entered a plea of not guilty on July II Mark Messersmith, 23. Irngon. charged with two counts of Burg lary. four counts of Theft I and one count of Theft II changed his plea to guilty to two counts of Burglary I, guilty to two counts of Theft I. the district attorney dismissed the Theft II and two counts of Theft I charges He was sentenced to five years in the Oregon State Corrections Division suspended to three years formal Probation to Oregon State Parole and Probation, to make restitution in all cases and pay fees and assessments of $599 as well as undergo alcohol and mental health treatment Arraignment was held July 11 for Jerald D Haver. 36.
