U'xington. on a charge of Driving While Suspended On April 27. the Morrow County Sheriff's office arrested William Adorno Howell. 57. lone, on charges of Hape III and Sexual Abuse II He was lodged at Cmatilla County Jail Also on April 27, a Hoardman ambulance responded to a residence in Hoardman for a male who was experiencing chest pain He was transported to (Jood Shepherd Hospital in Hermislon On April 28. the Hoardman Police Department and the Morrow County Sheriff's office cooperated in the arrest of Salvador Francisco Medina. 28.
