The scholarship is awarded each year by the Heppner lone branch of the A.A.U.W. to a Morrow County woman "who has a definite plan of study." This year's commit tee was particularly impress ed by Campbell's "need and desire to finish her qualifica tions to teach," said the Rev. Cathy Barker, chairperson of the committee. Campbell is currently at tending Brigham Young Uni versity in Provo, Utah where she is working toward a de gree in elementary education. She already has a Bachelor of Science degree in Communi cation Disorders. According to her husband, Steve Campbell, Morrow Co unty Extension Agent, her plans tentatively include stu dent teaching at Heppner El ementary school this fall. r- . - !
