day afternoons. Competition
gels underway at 12:30 p.m.

The first and second place

, along with anyone who meets
a qualifying standard.
"We aren't going to blow
any chances of qualifying
someone for the state meet by
trying to win the district meet.
The girls and I talked it over
last week and the kids decided
trying to qualify for the state
meet was more important.
Besides, we may not have had
the depth to win district this
year. But, wait a year or two,"
coach Conklin said.
