One legend places the Gar den of Eden between the Tigrii and Euphrate Riven in today's Iraq. Save energy The wind is blowing outside and that biting cold seems to be everywhere. However, if you're like other Americans, you're probably trying to keep that thermostat as low as possible during these winter months, to save on high fuel costs. Alternative ways to stay warm and save energy are of prime importance. Of course, storm windows help, as does weatherstripping since windows can lose a great deal of heat. You can make them yourself if you're handy with a sewing machine. After measuring the win dows, select a nice fabric for the room side, and then a heavier fabric for the window side. This heavy fabric should be as thick as possible, since a thicker fabric traps air and, thus, insulates better. PUBLIC MEETINGS K. .... . . Thursday. Nov. 12 - Port of Morrow Commission. Post Office.
