This is the thirteenth year, Pacific Gas Transmission has offered grants to eight voc ational colleges along the route of its natural gas pipeline, PGT, headquartered in Spo kane, owns and operates the Idaho Washington -Oregon section of the Alberta to California pipeline which pas ses through eastern Washing ton. Alpha Theta sorority to raffle painting The Alpha Theta Sorority is selling tickets this week on the painting displayed in Garden er's Men's Wear in Ileppner. The broad purpose of this is to increase the awareness of citizens in Oregon in the work, needs and problems of the sheriff and his deputies. The program is also expected to generate funds for the associa tion which will be used to provide scholarships for a limited number of young people through out the state.
