Piatt had four teen years of experience as a CSD caseworker in the Port land metropolitan area. She replaces Pat Wilson, former manager who retired at the end of the nuiiilii. Although new lo the area. Piatt is not unfamiliar with Morrow County, having visit ed relatives in the area since childhood. She says she is excited about living and working in Morrow County and expects to become invol "ed in various community organizations and activities. The rodeo events which are NRA approved will be bare back riding, calf roping, saddle bronc riding, bull dogging, barrel racing, wild cow milking, bull riding, and wild horse race. Creative Arte group to meet The Morrow County Crea tive Arts group will hold a meeting March 23 at 7 p.m. at the Wagon Wheel meeting room in Heppner.
