opened for business in lone.
The salon is located at 2nd and "B" streets and is owned by
C.lrnna Turley. She opened for business Dec. 30.
Glenna snys the shop will be offering hair styling for men
and women, as well as cuts, jhthis, conditioning, coloring
and blow drying.
The new shop will be holding a grand opening for two
weeks. Thurs., Fri. and Sat., Jan. 15, MS and 17, and Jan. 22,
21! and 24
The shop will le open three days a week. Hours are: 1 to 7
p.m. Tbur : 9a m to 5 p.m. Fri.; and 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sat.

on the rehiring of first, second,
and third -year teachers in the
district last Thursday night.
The committee, however,
did not make any recommen
dations lo the school board.
The committee also decided
to hold off on discussion
concerning a proposed district
-wide eligibility program, until
late January or early February.

Market Trend: Feeder and butcher cows were higher in all
classes with heavy activity in lighter heifers and both light
and heavy steers. There was also a strong demand for stock
cows with more already consigned for our sale next week,
January 15th.
