Cain and Margaret Cain, husband and wife; Lloyd A. Weigel Construction, Inc., an Oregon corporation; Cred its, Inc., and Pat Hickman, Defendants. By virtue of an Execution issued out of the above-entitled Court in the above-entitled cause to me directed and dated the 22nd day of March, 1979 based upon a decree rendered and entered in said Court on the 2nd day of March, 1979 in favor of the State of Oregon, Represented and Act ing by the Director of Veter ans' Affairs, commanding me to make sale of the following described real property, to wit: Lot 11, Block 1, Osterkamp Addition to the City of Irrigon, Morrow County, Oregon. together with certain personal property, to-wit: 1976 VANDY 2U; Title No. 7701117607; Serial No. 7UD60X283CKS0093 to satisfy a judgement against defendants, Eugene R. Cain and Margaret Cain, for the sum of $30,210.00, with interest on $30,210.00 at 5.9 per cent per annum from December 15, 1978. NOW, THEREFORE, by virtue of said Execution and Decree and in compliance with the command of said fifth singles. Liz McElligott and Diann Morter, freshmen, round out the team as partners in the girls third doubles. How will lone match up against everyone? Already they've overpowered Arling ton 7-3 and narrowly missed their chance with Sherman 6-7. lone Coach Tom Forsythe says, "We have an advantage over most teams because we practice with flat balls in the wind and on wet surfaces." According to Coach For sythe this makes lone players hit the balls that much harder, which makes them go faster. In most court situations the day is sunny and the wind doesn't blow nearly as fiercely as in lone. All these disadvan tages suffered during prac tices help make the average lone player better than the average player, according to the coach. This f pact will carry your message for $10 a month.
