Dental insurance bene fits would be included for teachers in the second year of the contract, with the benefits expanded to include teachers' families in the third year. However, costs for paying the dental benefits would come out of the anticipated cost of living increases. In addition, the tentative agreement would create an additional salary increment for personnel with 19 or more years of experience. The county system's current top- Julie Grieb, Marie VanSchoiack Two Heppner FFA'ers named State Farmers Heppner High School's Julie Grieb took second place honors at Future Farmers of America sectional public speaking competition last week in LaGrande. Julie competed against win ners of district FFA public speaking contests during the LaGrande competition. Taking part in the LaGrande contest were representatives from FFA chapters in the Blue Busy The Busy Beavers 4-H club met March 3 at Sylvia Ladd's house. Lori Fetsch, Sylvia Ladd, Sharon Crowell, Paula Anderson and Anita Palmer were all present. Sylvia gaye each of us three toys to sew and stuff. So we worked on them awhile. Sylvia then called the meeting order. Paula Anderson led the flag salute and the 4fpledge. Mrs. Ladd read the minutes of the last meeting because our secretarywasn't at the last meeting Mir old business we discus sed the roller skating party held in Hermiston.
