I . i ,s , s A y ' Eclipse viewers for the most part, were impressed with the "show of the century" in the Pacific Northwest and many gathered with sludents at area schools where supervision and viewing devices were available. In the photo above a young man takes on a "wrap-around" look with his Mylar viewers provided by Blue Mountain Community College. In the photo at lower left teacher Mary Benedict tries to cover all the bases with her class at Heppner Elementary.
