public hearing on October 30,
1978 'at 8:00 p.m. in the
Morrow County District Court
Building, in Irrigon, Oregon.
Purpose of this hearing is to
consider the following applica
tions ;
1. Application by the Port of
Morrow for conditional use
permit to build an Airport in a
manufacturing zone. Location
of property is located in the
S.E. V4 of Sec. 2, T 4N, R 25
E.W.M. Tax Lot 103, consist
ing of approx. 100 Acs.
2. Application by George
Kenny, Irrigon, Oregon for a
zone change from Farm
Resedential to Commercial.

3. Application for a zoning
