Sexson Director Published Feb. 2, 9, 11, 1978 BEFORE THE COUNTY COURT FOR MORROW COUNTY 6RDER IN THE MATTER OF IN CREASING CERTAIN FEES FOR SOLID WASTE FRAN CHISE WHEREAS, the Solid Waste Collection and Disposal Ordi nance enacted by and for Morrow County requires the County Court to establish, increase, or decrease fees for franchise service, and WHEREAS, a fee increase for the first can and each additional can was requested by the franchisees to the Solid Waste Managemnt Board; and WHEREAS, the Solid Waste Management Board ascer tained that miles traveled in outlying areas other than incorporated areas together with increased operating costs was not economical under the current monthly fees charged for one can, or two or more cans for disposal; and WHEREAS, after proper publications, and there being no remonstrances timely filed, the Solid Waste Manage ment Board recommended to the County Court that an additional $0.50 per month per can increase for the first can and $0.50 per month per each additional can be allowed. NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that $0.50 increase be allowed and the revised rate for one can shall be $3.50; for each additional can, the rate shall be $2.00. IT IS FURTHER ORDER ed that the $0.50 increase shall apply only to the areas outside the incorporated city limits of Morrow County. This Order shall be effective March 1, 1978.
