For the third consecutive year, Becky Evans, riding Ricki Tee 7 Critique, took home the Champion All Around Performance Horse trophy and this time she gets to keep it. Becky and her mount retired the trophy donated by Floyd and Lorena Jones after achieving the rare triple winner feat. The team racked up the highest point total by placing first in the Western Pleasure Class, Reining Class and Cloverleaf Barrels Class while taking second in the Working Champion and R curve Champion Horsa Champion Becky Evans Reserve Champion Krynn Robinson . Krynn Robinson was named Reserve Champion of the show as she rode Son Uva Dun to a first place in the Working Cow Horse Gass, second in Cloverleaf Barrels and third in both the Western Pleasure and Reining Classes. A total of 65 contestants and 80 horses performed through out the day before the practic ed eye of Judge Nancy Mitchell from Walla Walla. Ringmaster Howard Bryant, Announcer Charlie Daly and Superintendents Annie Schwarz, Jeanne) Grant and Mary Kilkenny kept the action moving as a large Sunday crowd enjoyed the variety of events.
