The service will be con ducted by Rev. Steven Tol lefson. It will begin at 7 p.m. A child sitter will be pro vided so that the small child ren can be taken to the basement and cared for and the parents can relax and enjoy the service. Each Sunday morning child care is also provided at the Methodist Church. Parents with young children will find that they are carefully tended. Love loaves will be available to everyone who attends. This unusual service will be about 15 minutes longer than a regular worship service. Plans were made for Initiations for Nov. 18th and for a food (ale and bazaar Dec. 7 at H a.m. Sandwiches, salad and coffee will be served during the day and a pinochle party will begin at 2 p.m. Refreshments were served following the meeting by the hostess. Leila Messenger won the door prize. Mrs. John Karran and children and Mrs. Bob Cole of Pendleton visited Florence McMillan on Monday. Aaron Klingcr has returned home from Portland where he has undergone surgery at Good Samaritan Hospital. Mrs. Dale Jones is em ployed at the Mini Mart in Heppner. Mrs. Jim Martin and child ren of Eugene are visiting his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Ray Martin of Lexington and Mr. and Mrs. Clell Rea of lone.
