I am vrry happy to be
a part of the Morrow
County Kodeo this sum
mer. We have had a very
busy schedule and it has
been a wonderful lear
ning experience for me.
We five girls have had
a very close association
throughout the summer.
Each girl has always
been congenial and hel
pful and has always
been there when I need
ed them.
One of my highlights
during this summer has
been the smiles on the

As a professional wrangler,
Evans said he "made a pretty
good living for a few years."
He frequented Northwest ro
deos and had a stint one time
in California events.
Evans was bronc rider by
trade, but also ventured into
bareback riding, bulldogging
and "little roping."
Calling himself "retired
cowboy" now, Evana said his

to parades, rodeos and
many places I had never
seen. The chance to
meet and make new
friends has given me an
awareness of the kind

shown by rodeo groups.
Getting myself and my
horse to an appearance
on time has been the
most worry and head

really enjoyed the fri
