Less calories too. Anne Doherty stopped in to announce that the first tennis class will be held Wednesday, March 31, 7 p.m. at the Jr. High Gym. She hopes that you can make it as it looks like the classes are going to be full and there will not be room left for anyone that does not attend this first class. Also, there seems to be a slight rush in the completion of Dennis and Ann's newly remodeled home on Piper Canyon. Lexington. Their se cond child is due around the first of April, and the contrac tor has promised that they will r moved in before the stork arrives. Wonder what the odds would be. if I were a betting person. However, with only 24 hours warning Ron and Peggy Britt ner were parents of a second sun. Leonard Eugene. The Brittners were called from Baker on Saturday. March 24 and informed there was a baby for them and they could pick him up on Sunday. Leonard was born March 15 and weighed 6 lbs. 13 oz. He has light brown hair and is dearly loved by his older brother Teddy, and a delight tn his parents. The grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. A.E. Brittner. Port kind. Mr. and Mrs. Robert Fickardl. Gonty. is home on leave from Grand Forks AFB, 32lst Missile Site Security. Before coming to Heppner, he visited his brother Ray and family in Seattle, an aunt and uncle in Edmonds. Jerry returned from the Dominican Republic after serving in the Peace Corps.
