Her Iheme was "Hope" and her mollo, "God is my Anchor of Hope" The anchor dominated the decorative scheme. A basket containing flowers In her colors was in the East. Her flowers were chrysanthe mums. Mr. and Mrs. Robert Allslotl of Rhea Creek returned this week from The Dalles. A number of leaders indi cated they are willing to take younger members in 4-H groups, and are ready to start their club year. For informa tion on membership in a foods club, beginning clothing, a hobby club and a livestock club in the Heppner and Hard man areas, call 676 9C42. the Extension Office. A new leader has been found for livestock club in the lone area, and a cake decorating club in Boardman. Many young people are waiting to Join 4-11 clubs. Leaders are needed in all areas. Customers who have a handicap or disability which makes it impossible to use the directory may be exempt from the charge. To qualify for the exemp tion, customers must obtain an application form, available from any PNB business office upon request. The applicant must state on the form the reason for seeking exemption and return the form to PNB. The PUC has also authoriz ed exemption for customers calling from hotel, motel and hospital rooms as well as coin phones. All other customers will be allowed five requests per 4-H Family nights scheduled 4-H Leaders, parents, and 4-H members are looking forward to attending the 4-H family nights scheduled this month, according to Mike Howell.
