The assessor's office is always busy. Besides finishing the personal lax collections they are making collections for mobile home owners. Since 1972 mobile home owners have been paying taxes each Nov ember just like all real property ow ners. This past year Morrow County gained one additional mobile home every day. As of Jan. I. 1974. there were 294 such homes registered, Ihe assessor feels there ore more than twice that number now. This office has issued a statement that "Any title transfer received after Jan, 1, 1975. must have a current Form 113 attached. This means that all taxes assessed for 1975 must le prepaid In-fore we can transfer Ihe title," They also caution, "If you are moving out of Ihe county. Form 111 is required and an assessor's collection must be made " It is hoped that all mobile home owners are aw are of and understand these legal rosMnsihilitios. The health office is moving along with (he 1975 school immunization program. At Ihe hearing last week the planning commission approv ed mosl of the applications considered Paul Warren.
