Winners were: tie lictween the Vi Lanham-R B. Cogburn and Bev Gunderson C C. Carmichael scores. The w inner lor the High Gross was the team of Lence Martin and Eddie Gunderson. The Men's Match Play at the Club has created a lot of interest and if petting near the home stretch. A chart on the club house wall shows the tournament's progress. A tro phy will be awarded to the winner at the Club's annual meeting in January. Because of popular demand, the Men's Sunday Morning Play will continue through October, with the next Men's Morning being Oct. 1 with tee-off at 9:00 a.m. The club's winner w ill be presented with a trophy at the meeting in January. HOOF AND HORN Our final meeting of the 4-H year was held Sept. 21 at the fairgrounds. How to fill out our record books was discussed by leader Dick Sargent; then those members who had finished their 4-H records turned them in. The rest are due Monday the 25th with the judging of record books to be Sept. 27th. It was decided by members that the club would arrange a field day in October where the members and their parents would tour points of interest. It was decided the meetings will change to the 2nd Wednes day of every month with the next meeting to be Oct. 11th. Community College Adult Ed ucation Painting Class of Ukiah at the liquitable Sav ings and Loan Company in Pendleotn. Classes are under the in struction of Mary Nikander, Heppner.
