TO CHl'RCH CONFERENCE Bob and John Rietmatin, Don" Bristow, Fred Martin, and Pastor William Arthur went to a Meeting of Council of the Oregon Conference of Untied Church of Christ at Camp Adams last weekend. They are all delegates of the Untied Church of Christ ex cept for Fred martin who is a member of the State Com mittee. Mr. and Mrs. Ernest ler son of Mesa, Arizona, and Mr. and Mrs. Marion Palmer were dinner guests at the home of Mr. and Mrs, Lewis Halvorsen Saturday night. Mr. and Mrs. Henry Halvor sen of Medford and Mr. and Mrs. Neil Shuirman of Soquel, California, visited the home of Mr. and Mrs. Lewis Halvorsen during the week. Alia and Anjie Halvorsen are visiting their grandpar ents Mr. and Mrs. Lewis Halvorsen. They are the daughters of Mr. and Mrs. Mark Halvorsen. SHOW ERS HONOR BRIDE Two bridal showers were given in the honor of Cathy Cannon. August 30th Mrs. Loyd Morgan, Mrs. Betty Rietmann, Mrs. Bill Riet mann, Mrs. Ray Boyce, and Mary Jean McCabe hosted the first shower. The colors were pink and blue. They served desert, punch and coffee. September 10th Jeri Snow, Cheri Carlson, Nancy Ashurst, and D-Ann Barnett hosted a shower for Cathy Cannon. The Masonic Hall was decorated in pink and blue.
