Section 11, Article XI, Oregon Constitution
Notice is hereby given ttat an election will be held in
the Blue Mountain Community College District. L'matilla
and Morrow Counties, State of Oregon, from 8:00 a.m.
to 8:00 p.m. on April 3, 1372. at the following polling places
in said school district, for the purpose of submitting to
the qualified voters of said district the question of increasing
the Ux levy for the fiscal year 1972-73 over the amount
limited by Section 11, Article XI, oftheConstitution of Oregon.
The reasons for increasing such levy are: the funds are
needed to meet the operating expenses of Blue Mountain
Community College. The district has no tax base.
