As a favor for the 1970 annu

Sometime this spring I sat a
crass from Mrs. Bryee Keene at
a dinner. We were talking how
unintentionally you can say the
wrong words at the right time,
She tickled us all when she
said "The trouble with me I say

ector, Marsha Ball,
Installing Officer will be Deb-

Live and learn. While chat
ting with Sheriff John Mollahan
about the boy they recently
picked up who had stolen a. car
in North Dakota and hadn't
bought any gas all the way. He
said he had used an "Oklahoma
Credit Card." I believed him and
started to write it down. Well
it seems that an Oklahoma
Credit Card is "borrowing" gas
as you go!

Sorry kids! It wasn't just the
8th graders that went to the
Elks dance. The 6th and 7th
graders were also guests at the
dance. Really kids, you were so
sophisticated I couldn't tell the
6th graders from the 8th graders!
Has anyone tried the Oregon

Please let us know how it turn

Well, we like Morrow County
better all the time. Sunday we
found mushrooms! After church,
two tea parties and a fire, we
went for a late afternoon picnic
up to the mountains. After we
had eaten we fanned out into
the woods. Breath takingly love

ain smells, yellow lamb s
tongues, lavender bird bills and
lady slippers and then two Mor-
relles. Year or so ago Charlie
decided he didn't like mush-
l rooms. This is cood. now it
leaves more for me. I finally
had to take off my jacket. Tuck
ed a sleeve in the pocket and
I we filled up my sleeves. We
found Morrelles, calf brains (my
favorite) and turbans. I would
have looked longer . . . but it
was getting dark!
