Earlier this week, Ullman sent telegrams to Orville Freeman and Stewart Udall, Secretary of Agriculture and Interior to urge extension of the objection per iod for the proposed increases. Ullman said that "more time is needed to give range users an opportunity to present evidence that not all costs were consid ered in the decision to increase fees by almost 400 percent."
