Any mine or similar device. 4 Anv cannon. antitank gun, bazooka or other type of J weapon which win ui may uc converted to expel a projectile by action of an explosive, the barrel of which has a bore of more than one-half Inch in di ameter, except a shotgun or shotgun shell. A grenade or similar device, without powder or detonator, that has been kept as a sou venir is not required to be reg istered, since the necessary parts are not present to make it a destructive device. Erickson said anyone possess ing a firearm or destructive de vice of the type mentioned above, or having a question about a similar weapon, should contact the nearest Alcohol and Tobacco Tax or other IRS of fice for assistance. The weapon or device should not be brought to the office. Included in tho cast from this area is Katherine Melhy, Hepp ner, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Arnold Melby. Program includes two ballets, both choreographed by Pacific Artist-in-Hesidonce John Neff: "Ceremony of the Carols," a re ligious ritual ballet with music by Ben jamin Britton, and "Nav idad," a Mexican Christmas bal let which is a collection of reg ional dances. Special sets and costuming are planned. Performances are scheduled for 8:30 p.m. December 6-8 at the Tom Miles Theater on the campus, with a special matinee planned for 2 p..m, December 7.
