meeting recently.
Bill Uietmann has accepted
the nomination for mayor, and,
if elected, will replace Mayor
Jim Burnett who nan resigned
to run for position of county
sheriff.
Mrs. Juno Crowell, Incumhent,
will be unopposed for the office
of cltv recorder.
Marilyn Uletmann, wife of the
candidate for mayor, was nom
inated for office of cltv treas
urer. Also named for this office
were Edith Matthews. Adclc
Dokter and Pulricia Tucker.
Incumbent council members
I5ov W. Llndstrom, Wallace
Matthews and Donald Bristow
were elected to seek the three
positions oxn on the council.
Others nominated were Howard
Crowell. Herb Ekstrom, Jr., Mrs.
Laurel Cannon, Lurry Iiielmann
und Harold Snider.
Terms of office for city posit
ions are two years, city council
terms are four years. All posit
ions are non-partisan.
Balloting on all positions will
be held at the eeneral election
on November 5.
