evening of dancing at the Hepp
ner l-eelon hall, sponsored by
he local Legion and Auxiliary.
Music was furnished by the
Quarkenbush orchestra.
During Intermission, a com
pletely filled linen chest was
given away. Winner of the
chest was Glenn Smith. Two
lamps, given as door prizes,
went to Mrs. Clifford Stephen
son and Franklin Ely of lone.
Proceeds from the chest proj
ect will help toward expenses
of sending delegates to Girls'
and Boys' State conventions this
summer.
