The dates were ; approved at the regular meet ing of the fair board last week, j Fred Mankin reported at the ' meeting that barns have been cleaned and are ready to be sprayed. As was reported ear . lier in the Gazette-Times, barns : will be locked up for at least one year to disinfect. The fair board requests that all persons interseted in hav ing dances at the fair pavilion contact the fair board at least one month in advance so there will be no conflicts with other activities held there, and so th. fair board can approve thov,. dances at their regular monthlv meetings. Also, these persons must ap pear at the fair board meetings, held the third Monday of each month, for approval. This avoids calling the fair secretary and board members at their homes as an approval by all members is necesary It is also requested that per sons make plans well in ad. vance of dances or other activ-1 ities they wish held there in stead of at the very last min ute. The dances must be policed with at least two policemen and must be well chaperoned.
