After scoring the respectable 20 points in the third, they cooled to nine while the Rockets tallied 13 in the fourth, but the triumph was tucked away. Any Uiusions that the Rockets would bo severely hampered without their star of last year, Rich Alikel. seemed to be pretty well dispelled by their perfor mance. They have come up with backboard control and lofty height around the lineup that should make them a powr in their new league home this year. Ileliker took high honors for the game with 18, but Heppner scoring was pretty even among the top four. Doherty had 14, Driscoll 13, and Hoskins 11.
